Terms of Service
General
- Full payment is required before sketching begins. Please ask for any edits during the sketching phase. I will not make any major edits after this point (different pose, hairstyle, outfit, etc.) small edits on colors and shading can be discussed. Payment's are strictly through PayPal invoices.
- +100% of the price is required for any commercial use of the commission. This means any distribute-able printed merchandise like (charms, prints, etc.)
- Full refund will only be given before sketching begins, 50% will be refunded if the client is not satisfied with the final sketch or wishes to cancel during the sketching stage. No refunds will be given after the sketching stage.
- All commissions payment includes Paypal processing fee (rate varies based on Paypal policy)
- Do not put my artworks, characters, designs into any AI program.
Delivery / Rush Fees
- Average days it takes to deliver:
Illustration: 1-2 weeks
Live2D Model: 6+ weeks (Depending on the difficulty)
Live2D Rigging: 6+ weeks (Depending on the difficulty)
Overlay: 1 week
Emote: 3 days
- Please state the deadline if there is one if doable rush fees will apply
- Rush fees:
Illustrations: +$50
Models: +$100
- I will not share the work in progress and final artwork on social media and onstream
- Privacy fees:
- Commission Price + $100
- You may DM me for progress updates but please don't spam me, I will also give updates when I have a good amount of progress to show.
- There will be extra charge if you want to obtain the master file

Rights
- Client
May use commission for social media and other personal usages.
Retain all rights to the intellectual property (IP).
Is NOT allowed to claim commission as their own. (Actions will be taken against the client if found taking credit for commission)
Can NOT make profits from commission unless commercial fees are paid. Note Live2D models have commercial fees already included.
Can NOT resell artwork or Live2D model without discussing it with me first.
Can NOT alter commission without discussing it with me.

Hold the rights to the commission. (Commercial fee does not void me of copyright and credit as the artist of the commission)
Have the right to post commission on social media and add to my samples.
Reserve the right to cancel commission with a 100% refund at any point if I am unable to finish the work.
